Infiniti Risk Solutions was set up in 2005 and was granted a limited licence for motor, personal accident and miscellaneous classes. Additional capital was injected into Infiniti by Foord Compass, a listed company.
The senior executive team comprises of Peter de Smidt, Chris Troskie, Sharon Paterson and Meera Parbhoo. They are focused on expanding the business into all classes of short term Insurance. The expanded licence to
write all classes of Short Term Insurance was approved in March 2008 and so Infiniti Insurance came into being.
Infiniti Insurance has been capitalised with R125 000 000 which positions Infiniti as a major player in the industry. The Shareholders have committed to providing additional capital required to expand the business.
